Golubyatnikova was born in 1967 in Kherson, Ukraine. From 1994 to 1995 she studied art at the Art College in Crimea and at the Odessa Art College (named after Grekov) from 1995 to 1996. After returning to the Art College in Crimea, she graduated in 1999 and began to work as a costume designer at the Kherson Theater of Drama and Comedy.
Some of her exhibtions and paintings include:

- 1999 Exhibition at the Kherson Exhibition Hall Ukraine
- 2002 Numerous Exhibitions in the Ukraine and in Sweden

Golubyatnikova splits her time between St. Petersburg, Russia and Kherson, Ukraine. She is married and has a young son, Igor.
