Vladimir Nikolaevich Kovalev was born in 1984 in Kharkov. He received elementary art education at the Kharkov Art College (1999 - 2004), where he studied with M.F. Serdyuk, MA Of Constantinople. In 2010, he graduated from the Kharkov State Academy of Design and Arts, the Faculty of Fine Arts, specializing in easel painting (he studied under Yu.N.Vintayev, VL Ganotsky and VN Chaus).

Since 2010, she has been teaching painting at the Kharkov Art College. A member of the Moscow Military Academy of Art and Agriculture, since 2006. A member of HO NSHU since 2012. He regularly takes part in national and international plein airs since 2006. The participant of regional and All-Ukrainian exhibitions since 2003.
